Gypsy and the Cat (@gypsyandthecat) have returned with a new album. Discovering them recently via a random spotify crawl I loved their track Bloom, which is a gorgeous Echo and the Bunnymen/Cure-esque jaunt. The rest of the album has a more psychedelic summer feel to it, a little like Tame Impala's latest effort. Overall a good album, well worth a few road trips.
Veronica Falls (@veronicafalls) return with their new album, packed full of indie gems, which gives me the same feeling as when I listened to a Belly or Teenage Fanclub album. Catchy, tuneful and nostalgic, which for a new album is so great, its like a "grower" from the first listen.
@____OPOSSOM____ - Electric Hawaii: Debut that works a similar path as @JimNoirOfficial, mixing 60s psychedelia with contemporary pop, indie and rock, with great effect. A Dreamlike collection which I'll have on repeat for foreseeable future.
Le Sera (@iamkatygoodman) - Sees the Light: A Californian breeze of an album released earlier this year. A great mix of 50s vocals reminding me in places of Charlotte Hatherley earlier efforts.
